Technology is great but it does go wrong from time to time. Whether it’s a software or hardware issue, our Technicians are on-hand to diagnose and repair your tech and get you up and running again.
In today’s digital world, it’s getting more difficult to find somewhere to be able to go to discuss your technology problems in person. We believe that having a local place to serve the community’s technology needs is essential.

Whether for gaming or for other uses, we can build you customised PCs. You can purchase off-the-shelf builds but there is often some compromise which may be less power for your money or the machine not quite fitting your needs.
While gaming often requires specific specifications to run the latest games, other uses also require a more powerful machine. This can be anything from video creation, music production, CAD, 3D rendering, software development, and much more.
It can be hard to navigate through all the different acronyms, compatible parts, etc. so our Technician’s are on-hand to advise you on what will work, what won’t, and stay within your budget to create you the perfect PC.

People of all abilities are welcome to book lessons with us as we tailor lessons according to your knowledge. We avoid using jargon and simplify topics in a language that everyone can understand.
It’s a good idea to bring a notepad and pen so you can note everything down!
Health conditions or impairments
Health conditions and impairments can make it difficult to leave your house for a lesson. We can make arrangements with you to have lessons at your home and make adjustments according to your needs. We’ll also help you by making adjustments to the PC to make it easier to use with accessibility tools such as descriptive audio, screen magnifiers, colour adjustments, etc.

Bringing your own computer is best but if this is not possible due to size, etc. we can supply one for you to use.

We are open 9.30am-5.30pm Monday to Thursday and 9.30am-5pm on Fridays.
